Payment
Payments for Italian language courses can be made in cash or by bank transfer.
At the time of enrollment, a deposit of €50 per student must be paid. In case of cancellation before the start of the course, the deposit is non-refundable.
The balance of the fee must be paid on the first day of arrival at school.
In case of cancellation after the beginning of the course you will lose the full amount paid. In the case of registrations of more than a month’s tuition, the administration will consider transferring part of the amount paid as credit towards a subsequent language course at EtnaHub school.
In the case of changes of date or type of course, the student is obliged to inform the school at least 15 days before the course starts.so.
In the case of other changes, the administration reserves the right to use its own discretion in each individual case.
Student visa
Before enrolling, students are asked to check the entry/visa requirements with the Italian Embassy or Consulate in their country. If required, EtnaHub can issue a certificate of registration to obtain a visa. In order to receive a certificate of registration, the student must pay the full amount of the language course and accommodation if previously requested.
Public holidays
There will be no classes on national holidays. Refund will be made or the relevant days rescheduled.
